Do you have a “default setup” that you start tuning from (springs at 50% etc.) or do you work off of the stock settings?
Additionally, how long do you spend on your tunes and are there any all-round track layouts that you’d recommend? (I’ve been using Catalunya National as that was my go-to track for FM4 tuning)
I’ll have to check out your IDx NISMO this week for certain.
Can you tell me what the tuning cap is for FM6? I hated the one in FM5…You used to be able to have a lot more of your personal tunes than locked ones. By the way…Thanks for your tunes!
Thanks for the kind words! I’m glad you like the tunes :). There’s lots sitting in multiple #1’s and top 5/10’s easily with many more that can get them.
Personally, I set everything to something I think will work and drive it around Silverstone GP making adjustments until I like it.
I’d say TCS can be faster as long as you drive it properly but it’s no fun and playing games is about having fun :). I like to light up the tires for some laughs once in a while.
shames its 500 as it will mean Raceboy will have to delete some of these as DLC comes in. hopefully can get them all before hand. I have to recommend his S700 Saleen S7 and the D400 53 Corvette after using them in Career and the corvette online they are superb alllrounders in their respective classes and both are fairly manageable without assists :D. D400 Daytona and El Camino are monstrous on road america or anything requiring top speeds and straights.
Wow I am not so great at tuning so this is wonderful. I can’t wait to try your tune out for my LaFerrari when I get home from work. Thanks for all the hard work man, hope that these don’t get overlooked.
I will have to try these out, I just found your twitch when you were streaming the demo, shaved a few seconds off my time by following your line and seeing the speeds I should be cornering at.
