This is a die-cast that tells a story - and that never made it onto any real race car.
From the famous rainbow paint scheme of 1992 to the “Fire & Flames” DuPont car which secured his fourth championship, the look of Jeff Gordon’s #24 DuPont Chevrolet was re-invented several times during its record-breaking 20-year history.
Now acclaimed NASCAR artist Sam Bass, the man who designed Gordon’s very first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series car, created this special fantasy die-cast which celebrates the most memorable of Gordon’s DuPont paint schemes.
Introducing the #24 DuPont 20 Years of Racing Chevrolet - an incredibly detailed die-cast which tells the story of the 20 years of racing success shared by Gordon and DuPont. The car starts with a look Gordon fans will always remember - the famous rainbow paint scheme. Then it gradually shifts to incorporate the DuPont “Fire & Flames” design before morphing into the DuPont 20 years car fans saw on the track in 2012.
