Can’t get beyond 220 signposts, also the last barn car isn’t showing up. Any ideas on how to get there?

For the “signposts”, assuming you mean the XP and Fast Travel boards, you could look at any number of guides online to figure out where the ones you’re missing are. Or you could buy the Treasure Map.
I don’t have the barn find below the main horizon centre, is that the one?
Treasure map? I only have 220 posts. There aren’t any more on the map. Do I have to buy the map to find out where they are?
You have to get near enough to where they’re located in order for them to show up on your map without buying the Treasure Map. Conversely, you can compare your own map to any number of complete maps - like the one I posted a link to - in order to find the ones you’re missing.
One of the player houses you buy comes with a barn find rumour.
Maybe that’s the one you’re missing?
