Will the Forza Horizon 2 Fast & Furious Car Pack work on Xbox 360?

The Forza Horizon 2 Xbox 360 version is not compatible with the DLC of the Xbox One version.
There’s no DLC for the Xbox 360 version, just the 46 achievements with 1000 gamerscore. You can buy tokens as accelerators though. You can find them in-game.
