Purchase of "Early Unlock" caused error & failed

I attempted to purchase the “Early Unlock” of the Subaru Impreza WRX STI. After successfully charging my Microsoft Account an error box was displayed. The vehicle remained locked.

From then on, even after restarting Forza Motorsport 6: Apex a couple of times upon attempting to early unlock the WRX STI the same error box was immediately displayed.

I have since contacted Microsoft Billing support and arranged a refund. However I wanted to report the issue so that it could be addressed.

Same mess… how to fix this please??? I’m sure someone super smart and savy has a answer to this issue.

I get the same error when trying to unlock anything. This has been going on for a month or so and hasnt been fixed.

Same here. Bought 2 cars and still locked. :frowning:

same problem bought 014 Audi #2 Audi Team Joest R18 e-tron quattro and it is still locked

Same problem…purchased 3 early unlock cars and get the same error. Called MS support and they said everything looks good with the purchase / suggested to ask this forum.

I have the same issue … cars wont unlock… they take the money but I don’t get the car … isn’t anyone going to fix this? Microsoft has no problem giving the refund … its a forza problem I have no problems buying things from Microsoft store … Only Forza doesn’t work and I get the same message as everyone else here
