Once your save is corrupted we have no way of returning any progress. The reason we tell you to delete your save from everywhere, is because we want to make sure that the corruption is truly gone. We do compensate for the loss based on your garage value, credits on hand at the time of the corruption. In order to receive compensation you have to play through the new save until you unlock online features. Unfortunately, we don’t have any backup saves to restore. Please submit a ticket for lost saves so we can help out.
