Prize car download Problem

I received all 4 of the gifts and accepted them, problem is that the Jag XJ220 FE didn’t show up in my garage. Re-started the game and it’s still not there. Checked in car collection and it shows that it is still locked. Anybody else have any issues getting the cars? Anybody know if there is anything I can do to try and get this corrected. Worked hard to beat the times and this would really suck if I can’t get it to register properly.

Playing on Xbox One S - Only game I play on it
Have 797 Cars in the Garage, but have had more, so that shouldn’t be the problem
All four gifts showed that they downloaded, The Jag XJ220 FE is the only one I didn’t get.

I know when I went to download it, it said the download went through but it didn’t and it was still in my inbox. So double check your inbox.

Double checked, nothing in the inbox and no car in the garage. The notice disappeared after the download, just like the others, so no option to try again.

Thanks for the suggestion though.
