Pre ordered Ultimate Edition from GameStop. Code is too short for xbox redemption

I pre ordered the Ultimate Edition from GameStop online back in June and they just sent the email with my code in it and I don’t know how to redeem it on xbox. On xbox to redeem a code you have you have to have 25 characters but, in the email from game stop it was only a 10 character code. So, what do i do and how do i download FH4?

That’s the code for the GAMESTOP website.

You need to redeem it there. Not on XBox.
