This issue is new-to-Forza in Motorsport. The 2019 911 GT3 RS has had an incorrect Factory Wheel colour since the game launched. They are solid grey with a barely visible green outline, instead of being black with the green painted outline (not Outer Lip)
And no, it is not caused by the lighting
Any attempts at changing the wheel colour cause the factory GT3 RS decal to disappear
The 2019 911 GT3 RS in Forza Horizon 5 has a better (but not perfect) Factory Wheel colour with the green outline correctly appearing when Lizard Green is applied, and disappearing with any other Factory Colour
