Looks like you are trying to access dlc you either don’t own or it’s not installed
i own every dlc its even installed to i get a picure for ya

Which car is it that you are trying to access
Have you restarted your pc since the last update
i have tryed useing all of the hoonigan cars i have rebooted and i have also tryed uninstalling it all and install everything again twice on 2 differnt harddrives and still have same problem where i cant use that dlc at all
Did you pre-order the game?
I was thinking the same thing but he has the Hoonigan pack installed according to his pics
yh i pre orderd it worked fine a few week bk just dont have a clue whats up with it now
