The demo doesn’t even allow me to pass the start screen, because of “you may not proceed without being signed in to a profile”. I already tried logging in and out in Xbox app, but it doesn’t help. There will be and infinite loop of connecting to the xbox app and giving me this error message.
Can you type winver in your start menu and tell me what build you are on? Also, We had this issue with FH3 a while back. You could try the work around of creating a new Microsoft account and signing into that. Once you do, log out and then back into your original and let me know if that works.
Thanks, but a work around like this should only be necessary for a short time and not be seen as a final solution. To be honest, I just wanted to try out the new demo and don’t want to create a new MS account now for this, even as a work around. After searching a bit on Google, I don’t know if there even ever has been a patch for FH3 which fixed this, but what I read so far is that your mentionend work around was the only solution. And that wouldn’t be acceptable. Turn10 should take a look into it and fix it on their side (or be transparent about why only the end user can fix it with said procedure).
I will try the demo in a few weeks again, if it’s still available. If the problem is still existing, I already made my purchase decision.
The best way to fix this is to click Start > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials. In there you need to scroll to the bottom and delete ‘‘Xbl DeviceKey’’ and then either REBOOT your PC or open Forza again . im the fastest replyer fr
