Are the Rival times the same when comparing someone playing on a PC vs Xbox?
Is one better then the other when trying to get the best time?
The leaderboards are both Xbox and PC users together. There is a discussion somewhere back that suggested they have there own leaderboards due to the cheating occuring on PC.
I play on Xbox and PC, and most of my top 10 times are on a Xbox… remember though as said above there are times that are based on cheating (not all) but you can be certain to come across a fair few!
Personally I’d say of your within the top 500 on major routes, your doing not bad…! As with what you use PC or Xbox that’s down to personal opinion, it’s what you’re comfortable with that counts the most.
