After checking the multiple issues the game still has I guess I may not be the only one with this one.
I’m running the latest Windows 10. AMD drivers ad game version as of today and of course I have the stuttering issue in all circuits except some like Bernese Alps.
The game runs perfectly all maxed at 4K 60 frames when the stuttering issue is not happening, but every single time I activate camera mode or the camera starts spanning in Forzavista performance drops to 24 - 30 frames no matter what settings or resolution I change and will stay like that until I restart the game.
Well, just wanted to report it. I like to think that maybe, at some point we could have a properly working game here. Such a pity as wonderful as this game is performance and issues aside.
