This is a repost but on the correct account, I would really like some sort of attention to this even if it is someone telling me to go back to Xbox/Microsoft Support because I would really like to play this game.
I feel like I have exhausted my options, but after 7 hours straight on Xbox and Microsoft support, their expert opinion was post on a forum…
Basically when I try to run the game it opens the window with the McLaren splash image and after a while it just closes. No error pop up or anything. I have 3 games I use the off the windows store, Sea of Thieves, Forza Horizon 3, and Forza Horizon 4 Demo. I have played Sea of Thieves no issues in the past, FH3 never worked, and neither did FH4. After my 7 hour session with Microsoft and multiple uninstall/reinstalls, repairs, troubleshoot, they have sent me here and now none of the games will open. Not even sea of thieves. I am ready to preorder my ultimate edition but not if it doesn’t run on my PC. Please let me know what I can do. I still feel like this is a xbox/microsoft issue but they said to come here. Thanks for any help.
