When I play this, my choices for cars is extremely limited. I get a choice between a few of the cars in my garage, and they’re usually the wrong type of car for the type of race. I’m only like level 78 or something. Does that have anything to do with it? If not, what do I have to do to get more choices. It’s frustrating to not be allowed to opt for a car I want to use out of my garage, and then see the same car in the race, beating me. Any thoughts? Suggestions?

online adventure is broken up by car PI class(D,C,B,A,S1,S2,X). You will be able to choose from all the cars that you OWN that are in that class. You can also join a custom game that is always a certain class, allowing you to choose the car before you join. Just choose custom adventure when you load it up.

Thank you for the reply, but I don’t get it. I’ll start, it won’t let me pick my STi for instance, and will only let me use my Trans Am. I’ll join the race and there’s the same STi I was going to use, owned by another player. I tried the Custom Adventure and it was an improvement, but only lasted once, limiting my choices to cars that weren’t the correct car for the race. Start asphalt only and my only choice is my Penhall The Cholla. Frustrating learning new games lol

When a new class of race is voted for, you can only choose a car in that class. The other players must have tuned an STi in that class. Might be worth buying a few STi’s tune them all to different classes so you’ll always get to choose one of them no matter what the race is

Tune a few cars for each class so you are always ready, mark them as favorites so you can find them in the ridiculous 30 sec to pick a car. It should be at least 1 min in my opinion. 45 sec to vote and 30 to pick makes no sense. One sorting mistake and you don’t get to pick a car. Anyway make sure you have both street and off road cars for each class.

What is even worse is when you join an online adventure and it gives you like 3 secs to pick a car, and you end up in a rental. Can’t tell you how many times that has happened.

If you go in with an X class each time you join an online session, you will ALWAYS be able to choose a car

That is the only reason to have X Class. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL.
