This is a good idea, but may be tough to implement and maintain the “3 entries per person”. If you auto-roll the submissions, and then they submit 3 more, then it could get complicated. Alternatively, you could auto-roll the submissions only if they don’t post anything new, but then that becomes an extra admin task. Personally, if my designs don’t win, I may do some adjustments (which changes the sharecode) so that could further complicate recycled entries. I do new liveries all the time and like to change up my submissions, so if I have a vote, then I prefer it the way it is.

I was thinking about this too, so for now I won’t do it automatically but if anyone would like their old submissions moved into a current contest, just @ me in a reply pointing to the specific item to be moved, that’s little effort on my side.

It would probably help if users post their submissions in separate posts rather than 2 or 3 designs in the same post. (Separating the photo contest entries is also fine, I think I can remove that rule.)

While looking for images for another livery, I came across this diecast model of a Ford Mustang GT4 with a livery based on the Ford GT LM. I knew that I wanted to do the livery as soon as I saw it, and it was relatively easy to produce. I only needed to make four new logos, and the livery came out incredibly well.
