The Spirit of the Competition
As with the Forza Enforcement Guidlines the mission statement of this competition is to make a safe, secure, inclusive and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please take it to heart remember it whenever you are interacting with the competition.
Rules
- All submissions and comments must adhere to Forza Enforcement Guidelines
- Anyone can submit as many paints/liveries as they like, with one caveat:
- The same winner will not be considered in the week following their win. No enforcement action will be taken if the winner does submit by accident, the entry will just be moved forward to the following week.
- While you can suggest a friend’s work for consideration, you may not submit someone else’s work as your own.
- You cannot re-enter paints/liveries that have previously won.
- Breaking any of these rules may result in removal from the contest and/or enforcement action against your account
Submission Guidelines
Submissions that closely follow submission guidelines will have a better chance of being selected, so please read carefully. You can submit In-Game via the Forums or Twitter.
- In-Game Submission Guidelines (all entries should do this):
- Make sure your paint is shared in game
- Include the weekly code in the paint’s description, this takes the form “LivRev001” (the number being updated to correspond to the week you are submitting on)
- Submitting via the Forum:
Reply to this thread with:
- Gamertag of the livery artist
- Name of the Car that the paint is on
- In-game Share Code
- At least 1 photo (instructions on uploading photos to the forum can be found at the following link https://forums.forza.net/turn10_postst170670_How-to--Upload-photos-via-Flickr.aspx)
- Submitting via Twitter:
Post a photo of your paint on twitter, include in the tweet:
- Gamertag of the livery artist
- Name of the Car that the paint is on
- In-game Share Code
- The weekly code as a hashtag, this takes the form “#LivRev001” (the number being updated to correspond to the week you are submitting on)
Judging Process:
- The weekly close of submissions is end of day (Seattle) each Wednesday after this a short list of entries is selected which is sent to the judging panel. Judging is conducted ‘blind’, meaning the judges do not know who the work is by.
- After one week, so on the following Thursday, the scores are returned from the judges and winners are announced on stream and in the forums the following Saturday.[/list]
- The weekly submission window runs from Thursday to Thursday, so there is always a window open. But we recommend that you submit from Mon-Weds otherwise you run the risk of having to wait up to 3 weeks from the time that you might submit a work to the competition to the time you will know if it won.
Prizing Details - Liveries are featured in game for 2 weeks
- Winners are gifted a car of their choice, not including DLC or not publicly available content. Winners are required to message with their choice.
- Use in official Forza Streams and potentially in other social channels
