Hello, I have an understanding that with every DLC pack you purchased you get to get all the cars in the pack once for free. I bought the Nürburgring Booster Pack last night and all the cars are full price and I cannot drive any of them as they are not in my garage. I was hoping the lovely people on this forum could maybe give me some tips on what to do, or explain to me how the free cars with the DLC purchases work.

Try shutting down the console, unplugging, then restarting to see if it’s a sync issue.

Is the 'Ring Booster Pack still listed in your queue, awaiting install?
It’s fully downloaded, not in the queue. I have also deleted and reinstalled to booster pack. I can even drive and purchase the 5 vehicles but they are just not free.
err just pay for them ? Money is a moot point in this game so you wont miss it
Money is not a moot point for those who don’t have it. While most of us have plenty of in game cash, some people do not. So it’s a valid point for those people. Remember, not everyone has the same progress or ability.
I thought the cars were only free for Car Pass holders or is that only for the monthly DLC packs?
From the NEWS announcement of the 'Ring:
“In addition, the Nürburgring Booster Car Pack IS included as part of the Forza Motorsport 5 Car Pass. If you own the Car Pass, these five cars are heading your way at no additional charge.”
If you don’t already own the Car Pass, the vehicles are available to purchase with in-game credits or tokens.
I’m pretty sure Turn 10’s implementation of the one-time in-game credit-free DLC applies to both Car Pass owners and those who bought it from the Xbox Live Marketplace.
Hey Snowowl, not sure if this is conflicting to what you found, but this is from the News page for the Ring announcement on this site. It is at the very bottom of the page after the car descriptions. Seems like if you buy the pack, the cars are free for the first download without using in game credits. Sorry if I am misunderstanding. Here is the text from the News page:

read what you just posted! what you quoted ment they would be included in the car pass, that you wouldn’t have to purchase them seperatly with real cash.
then you posted that people can purchase dlc with in game credits. you can no buy dlc with game credits. you are going to confuse the heck out of new people and i hope turn ten refers them all back to your email acccount to complain. for a mini mod…to post you can buy dlc with credits not just credit cards…
I’m not a car pass owner and all DLC is free for the first time you buy the cars. Car pass or no car pass it doesnt matter.
This is the only DLC pack I have purchased. ALL 5 cars were available in the game as “FREE”. No additional credits/tokens required.
rdo3, Snowowl is by no means a mini mod, what with him being here forever. He may have just made a mistake, or worded it badly, but there’s no need to be quite so rude about it. Point it out sure, it’s good to point out mistakes before they become big problems, but have a little respect dude. Questioning the mods like that can get you into all sorts of trouble as it states clearly in the terms of use too.
There’s way too much personal commenting on this board lately.

I have the same issue, I purchased the car pack, they are all labeled as “purchased” on the marketplace but they don’t appear on my garage/“My cars” section. Am I doing something wrong?
You need to go to the “Buy cars” section to actually buy them for your garage (even though for each of the cars included in the pack, the first car should be free to purchase). Just because the cars show as “purchased” in the marketplace doesn’t mean that they are automatically added to your garage.
I installed the pack and it downloaded at my cue, but as soon as I went into the game i noticed only 3 cars downloaded the other 2 and the nurburgring are all stuck at a certain percentage and refuse to move. I unistalled the package but the 2 uninstalled cars and nurburgring are still at the same percentage. Do you guys know of a way to completely make the game forget i ever installed this package and start all over from zero?
