Not sure if it’s just me or if anyone else is having the same issues, but since yesterday evening, I haven’t been able to see any tunes or designs in the share section of the game. I restarted the game several times and even did a hard reset of my xbox1, still no dice, whassup!?
Lot’s of people currently experiencing and reporting this. Hopefully will be fixed soon.
I am having the same problem seeing the Recommended Designs and Tunes but Search is working, so it is not impossible to see designs or tunes.
On a positive note, the Elite Controller is even better now after the Console Update and then applying the Elite Update.
I reported a user display bug, 22 hours ago, that potentially has had an effect on downloading Recommended Designs right across the board for all recent Forza games. We don’t know why there are server issues right now. 
But I do hope they’ll work on fixing the algorithm that displays Recommended Designs and Tunes.
This specific issue quite possibly has affected players looking to unlock Achievements involving Tunes and Designs downloaded by the community. What I found is that the bug permanently hides already-previewed liveries from view, unless you happened to know the name of the designers and can search for them. This display bug exists in both FM5 and FM6.
You could call it a bug, or a “feature that adapts to your tastes” but the critical escalation is that it ends up concealing not just a few but ALL possible Recommended Designs created for a given car. Ouch!
By all means, please fix this. The Forza series are truly formidable racing games, and I’m pumped if they can become even better.

I have been experiencing these issues for about 18 hours now. Someone needs to see this and fix it already.
