The leaderboards have become comprimised by friction assit. I just got a no1 by half a second. This requires a lb wipe asap

It does, but b0x found a way to make it be able to run in rivals and not dirty your lap. This wasn’t intentionally programmed but an exploit.
Still, for all of the people who said we were overreacting about friction assist. THIS is why we opposed it.

I think after Friction Assist Forza needs also self driving Vehicles … Ridiculus . Either you practice driving or you leave it .

There has never been a leaderboard wipe even when they added tyre stacks in Monza, I doubt it will happen this time. And even with friction assist on it should dirty your lap at least when all wheels are off the track. Care to elaborate which track you ran?
There have been a couple of leaderboard resets… Just not recently
Yup, just as recently as FM6. Awd swap + diff glitch anyone? That was a glorious disaster.
iirc there were two early wipes in FM6 when people were exploiting the old Mini and then the Fiat

Brands in the wet in spec rivals. 1st and 2nd both using Friction assit 1st is half a second faster than harmonic
Well then i agree, they need to set friction assist = always dirty lap when it’s on and whipe the leaderboards.

I just tried that spec. I turned friction assist on. Turns out it says it is on but driving on grass clearly shows it is in fact off. So of course your lap is legit. I guess rivals just overwrite your setting and have it turned off by default.
Don’t be silly. I’m not going to tell you how it’s done but trust me the lap I did has friction assit enabled. I’m not half a second quicker than harmonic and laige
I don’t think u your ment to post a dirty lap with it on. I thought I read you couldn’t post a lap at all.
Prob doubtfully a lb wipe will happen. My guess is they will remove the abilty to turn it on from the pause menu and loose that entire feature
They will just remove the rival. T10 doesn’t like to fix the problem actually problems, the kiddies don’t need this features anyways.
You can enable it on any rival or free play race, even in carrer races and still post a clean lap. I chose brands because friction assit is particulary op in the wet and there was big names to prove the point even more
