I know this is a minor thing and hardly game-breaking, but I thought I’d post this in case the developers were unaware. This issue is present in all current-gen Forzas, including Motorsport 5 and 6 and Horizon 2 and 3.
The side skirts on the Nissan S15 by default are not the factory ones. I assume by mistake, the stock S15 in these games comes with Phoenix’s Power sideskirts, which were available as an option in last-gen titles (Forza 4, Horizon 1 etc).
Here’s an image of the side skirts in question IRL: http://www.auto-style.jp/item_img/PXP20531210001.jpg

And here’s what the factory sideskirts look like on the Aero model: http://www.jsai.com.au/images/stories/virtuemart/product/s15-aero-side-skirts-3.jpg
I would have thought it would be fairly easy to correct this, as it looks so much better on the 360 without the awful bulky sideskirts on. If the developers didn’t want to model the Aero skirts, I think it would look a lot better just to remove them entirely as they were on the 360.
A relatively insignificant error I know, but Forza’s visuals and modelling quality is so high that this sticks out for me!
