  • “Now, players can upgrade any car in the game with a new drift suspension, allowing some extreme steering angle, which is completely tunable by the player.”
    TRACK LIMITS & TIME ATTACK
  • Updated track limits are a first step in implementing the Forza Race Regulations system, which is still under development. We introduced Track Limits first for a reason; to give players time to learn the new definition of “clean” laps across all tracks, with no threat of penalty (beyond the track being labeled “dirty). Expect to hear more about Forza Race Regulations in the coming months as we get closer to its release."

FORZARC 2018 SERIES 2 HAS BEGUN - discussion

  • “Our first ForzaRC Series 2 qualifier went live earlier this week and has resulted in a furious fight for the top spot on the global leaderboard amongst the ForzaRC elite. Qualifiers have been shortened to 48 hours here for Series 2, based on feedback from ForzaRC players, and that means less time to get your best time on the boards. Now that the qualifier is closed, we’ll look ahead to this weekend’s Ghost races in preparation for our first Series 2 Wednesday Showdown broadcasts on Wednesday, July 18. As with Series 1, we’ll be doing two shows; one at noon Pacific for European drivers, and another at 6 p.m. Pacific for North America. UNLOCKED CARS AND PRIZE CRATES
“The July update unlocks more than 100 previously exclusive cars. Going forward, the only cars that will remain locked will be Forza Edition cars and unicorn cars that exist in the game. In addition to unlocking all cars, as of July 10, we will remove all car-related crates from Forza Motorsport 7 from the Prize Crates system. The crates that will remain in the game will contain only Driver Gear, Badges, and/or Mod Cards.”

“First up, players will notice a much-improved performance in the car select screens. This change is a direct result of feedback from our multiplayer community; now, during multiplayer intermissions, players will be able to get to your cars quicker than ever before. In addition, we’ve given players another tool to combat griefing behavior by now allowing private lobby hosts to remove players from a lobby in the middle of a race. This update also includes an evolution of the Forza Motorsport 7 Message Center feature; with this update, we’ll be automatically hiding tabs in the Message Center that don’t contain content for the player. Look for more updates to Forza 7 Message Center in the future.”
