I noticed in the week in review the mention of the car pack coming in January. It says we will be getting the most requested BMW so my question is would that be the i8 or the E60 M5? It’s good news for me either way and I think the car list just keeps improving

The wishlist frequency counts I did show that the M3 and the i8 are tied at 17 out of the 3630 requests I sampled. Not a whole lot of requests really but there was a lot variance in the sample with more than half them requested only once.
It very well might be the E60 M5, but if that’s the most requested BMW, then the public is dead wrong … again. Asking for the E60 M5 before the E39 M5 is just utter blasphemy. One is iconic ans started the super sedan genre (the E39 M5), and the other marks the start of BMW’s downward slide (the E60 M5).
Edit: I think it’s going to be the i8, tho. I haven’t counted up requests lately, but, at one time, the i8, M3 and E60 were all faily heavily requested while the E39 was requested but on the fence as to being requested enough. The i8 is an intesting car because of the new technology, but it doesn’t feel like a driver’s car when you drive it. No soul.
