Never posted before - When I do try to post receive a message saying in moderation?

Hi All,

I’ve never posted here before but when I do try to post I receive a notification saying that I’m in moderation and a moderator will have to approve my post.

How do I get out of moderation? Thanks.

(and I’m very curious as to how I am in moderation in the first place seeing as I’ve never posted either here or on any other Microsoft site)
