Just to make sure your all clear the car you choose cannot appear in the top 150 on that leaderboard in your chosen class. If it’s top in another track or class no problem but not on the nurburgring in your chooses class .
I will check each car with the leader board as and when I update the op . I will be on holiday for 2 weeks so please it’s up to everyone to help check
and let them know if it is not a LB car in the top 150 .

If the B Class Evo X is valid I’ll build one up but I can’t run it myself - too slow around the Ring. I’ll check the LBs tonight to make sure its a proper dud. Thanks for the idea Swift! 
I have one shared i built up a few months back if you want something to compare to,it runs 56s cat gp. Prob worth testing full and minimum aero for nurb,full aero only hits 145mph. Its not a bad car,rarely seen.

Not to be a downer but:
this is a heavily biased competition based on fastest driver wins, nothing to do with the tune(s) used. There is nothing stopping the fast guys coming in at the 11th hour and winning whichever class they decide to run with a 2 minute noodle tune.
the first serve basis for car choice also adds additional bias as we all know some cars just flat out suck, so 99% will be handicapped before it even begins.
You need to have the same drivers run all the cars for consistency and allow more then 1 car selection in a class to induce more rivalry between entrants.
Otherwise this is entirely pointless and you would have been better served trying to get some community based rival event happening with T10 assistance.
D2D – u bring up some good points. As for the drivers, since this is a lot of work, maybe Nasty can get a couple of drivers (2-3) that run a couple of the classes (or just one) so it won’t be a time consuming event for the drivers…especially at the Ring! Since the winners will be per class, as long as it’s a consistent set of drivers for that class then it should be fair.
On the point around the car selection, my understanding is that there will be more than one car in each class, it’s that you can not have the same car as someone else in the same class…thus, first come basis. @ Nasty - please confirm this is the case. (at least that is how I interpreted the thread and OP rules)
Some cars are inherently better then others, even in the 200 - 500 bracket. By only allowing one of each model per class, its biased to those who choose those better cars first. The others simply will not compete, was more my point.
In terms of the innate disparity of cars, it’s not really any different from any other comp where the tuners select a variety of cars and the most natively capable vehicle usually lands on top. Fair point about the drivers though. I’m just approaching it as an incentive to tune a specific car I would probably not otherwise have touched. Who knows, someone may actually turn up a surprise packet (hope springs eternal). Keeps us of the streets, I guess. :
We all know fast drivers and this is a chance for any one to run any ones cars the logic behind it was to get as many people envolved in the biggest tuning and racing comp ever. !!
I thought it would be great to get as many tuners and drivers and as little rules as possible .

Try and get as many fast drivers to run as many cars as possible it a long comp so I think it pretty fair and yes a top driver could bust in and grab a top spot later on but it would be pretty obvious that they did and I would hope we would deter them and there own moral compass would guide them .

Throw my name in the hat for C class. I am not fast, so I’ve hooked up with Akra1x to drive for me, unless hell freezes over and I beat his time. I’ve decided that since this is a month long I’m gonna be methodical about this, so I haven’t picked a car yet. I’m looking at around 10 potential candidates. Over the next few days, I’m going to send base tunes to Akra1x. We’ll decide what car has the most potential, set that sucker in stone, and then I’ll start tweaking using Akra1x’s feedback to help guide my actions. I feel like I should just pick a car now so there’s no chance the car I want gets taken, but it’s a month long competition and I’ll take the chance. Great idea… NO it’s a nasty idea! I’m freakin’ pumped! Good luck all.
Gonna roll with the Hyundai Veloster for C class. Was looking at the Mazda 3, but it was put into top 150 during the time we were looking at possibilities.

I’m not the best at the 'RING but I tuned up a 1981 AWD VW Scirocco S at D400. I would like for some of you test it out to see if it meets the standards. This car is no in the Top 150.

I have some non leaderboard R class cars (aventador, mclaren 12c, '14 vette etc) with good tunes but I’m not sure if they can reach top 150, most cars in that range dominate (I have all of them tuned as well tho)
