NASCAR Expansion

I have installed and have been playing Forza Morotsport 6:Apex on my Windows 10 system. Recently I became aware of the NASCAR Expansion option. After purchasing the expansion the Microsoft store will only allow a download to an XBOX One and will not recognize my windows 10 system.

Is this expansion only intended to run on xbox one. If so I have purchased a worthless product.

The Nascar and Porsche expansions were for the XBox One only full game which never made it to PC. Premium version is the only Apex DLC
