Ah I see it was moved to the suggestion graveyard.
Imagine it being a SUGGESTION for the drivers to be the correct height in the car.
All they gotta do is Select>G (move)>Z (z-axis) save project, if the hands are IK-rigged to the wheel they wont have to mess with all that.
