I still have the VIP mods and some of the cars but after the update I lost the rest of of my cars and it’s making me buy vip AGAIN 
Go ahead and buy it again. I had this happen too. When you try and buy the package again, you’ll receive a message saying that you already own it, and this will make everything available again
