My account in fh2 have reseted without my permission and i lost everything, i did all i can do to correct this problem but i cant, i need a answer from forza motorsport worker about it!

Your game progress, once lost, is gone for good. If you could email forzafb@microsoft.com with the title “FH2 game save” explaining the problem, someone will try to help.
Please stop implying that contacting Helios or any other Turn 10 staffer privately could result in compesnation via -in-game credits as it creates an unwarranted expectation and incentivizes others who might not be quite so honest.

He has and more so than moderators he’s also privy to a great deal of information that cannot be seen on the forums. Let him make the offer where he feels it is appropriate instead of sending people to him with their hands out.

Ok and I will say this publicly because it needs to be said.
HeliosT10, any other devs or the mods do need ot lift their game and deal with this more than they are. I know the mods are not in the loop but maybe T10 need to bring them into the loop.
There are many people who have lost saves and whilst I know some may be crying wolf I also know a lot of them will be legit but the offer of official help from an official source is not very frequent.
This is a shambles and T10 / PG need to deal with it unless they want their reputation ot get any worse than it already is.
If we are not meant to tell people how to deal with it and leave it to an official source then I encourage the official sources to lift their game for the sake of the reputation of T10/PG.
EDIT: And I will send this directly to the T10 devs as I honestly think they need to hear it.

I’m never going to be tech support for the game.
Like the other moderators, I’m fortunate enough to have a direct line to Turn 10 and can bring items to their attention as I feel necessary but that’s the limit of the technical support I and we moderators can offer.
By all means, direct people with technical issues to Helios as necessary. We moderators and Turn 10 appreciate you’ providing what help you can and being valued forum members as a result.
At no point have I suggested anything less. What I have asked is that any mention of compensation via in-game credits be dropped as it creates an unwarranted expectation. It’s probably not, or at least shouldn’t be, secret that we moderators can see things the rest of you cannot. Turn 10 can see even more and they’ve got data in every shape and form imaginable from the game. Let them determine whether or not compensation is merited and to what extent.
Now for the selfish reason for my request - I’m one of the guys that’s going to have to clean up the inevitable mess when we have a line of people with their hands out all creating new threads because of the expectation created by the reckless promise of free credits. We’re going to have to delete posts from the moderation queue and if you think that’s easy with this new forum software, you can be disabused of that notion now. We’re going to have to put people on moderation and then we’re going to have to ban some of those and that’s all going to require paperwork. I hate paperwork.
So, please, direct people to Helios as you feel necessary and we’ll also help to point out possible problems to him and Turn 10, but please leave the credits out of it as that just creates headaches for all involved.
Roger. I can very easily modify my responses for individuals to make contact with Ian and no mention of the possibility of being compensated. Piece of cake. In fact, had I been notified via private message and not called out for merely offering assistance (as I’ve been doing around here for the past 8 years), I would have happily gone through every single one of my previous posts and edited accordingly to reflect that change. But, seemingly, your private message inbox is in disrepair and my efforts to contact you on the side have gone unanswered …
