I go to the auction house to sell a vehicle and it says “unable to verify your gamertag”. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I just ended up with a bug similair to this, but this time not even the other drivers will load. No ban message, I can connect online to the degree of accessing the festival playlist itself, it’s just I can’t access the “multiplayer” features, and it keeps offering me to purchase gamepass whenever attempting to access these features despite me literally accessing the game itself through gamepass. what.

this game’s behavious is just very wishy-washy
ultimately, I found out that it shows the infamous “Your profile cannot be verified with the server at the moment, please try again later” error message, so I’m basically just waiting here for the game to fix itself, or for someone to notice.
I also have this issue, except I can’t play with other players online and play online gamemodes. I can check the auction house and other menus with other people’s creations, I can search and play eventlab events and I already have access to gamepass (I’m literally using gamepass just to open and play the game, so I’m not sure why it’s not letting me “online”). When attempting to open an online event, it either errors out telling me to try again later, doesn’t work properly, or sends me to the gamepass plan selection. It’s been broken since yesterday, but before then I’ve never had an issue quite like this one. No ban message or any kind of that fuss either, and I’ve tried several methods, both the ones listed in the general troubleshooting (such as setting a manual DNS address, using an alternate port, clearing the MAC address table, enabling the QOS tagging, though I haven’t tried restarting the router yet) and in a myriad online forums regarding solving this particular error (such as closing the game, restarting the console, signing in and out of the account, hard restarting the console, deleting the game’s cache, doing the hotwheels map trick of switching houses and restarting the game, basically anything that was easy enough in terms of software). I believe the game might’ve bugged out because I went back from quick resume, and it booted me out of the online servers, and I’m waiting for any kind of response, from either another regular forum user or someone a bit more qualified, especially ones which could help a wee bit more. In another topic in this same category I’ve sent replies with photo evidence of how each of the menus look in the bugged state, along with some of the things I can and cannot do while in it. For instance, I can receive gift cars from other players, but I cannot play online events with them, But I can also upload pictures onto forzanet’s screenshots.
