As the title says.
During the intermission, whenever I press X to change fuel/tyres pre-race, it sends me to a loading screen until the end of intermission.
As such, I am unable to change fuel and tyres which means I start the race with my qualifying setup which puts me at a huge disadvantage!
This bug only started appearing today for what it’s worth (I had Early Access).
Can confirm, started happening to me today as well. Started first when i skipped the intermission cutscene, now it happens every multiplayer race.
Tip: you can still change fuel and tires after you set your qualli laps, thus you can avoid complications. You need to set it before the end of the practice, otherwise you wont have time for it.
Joining to report the same issue. Happened like 5 minutes ago. Intermission was on for 47 seconds, the second i pressed X for fuel and tire I was sent to loading screen until the race starts.

Also here to report said issue. Started to occur after whatever small update T10 had to push to change the featured cars. Slight annoyance.
In featured multiplayer races, when ever I try to select my fuel and tire settings to set for the race, it takes me to the scream to do so, but instantly swaps to a loading screen with the message, waiting for cars to load or something like that. This effects me heavily in the GT races since I am required to pit WAYYYY earlier than most of the other cars. The attached video is what has happened. This is also happens every race I do. And I have restarted the game and console multiple times. This is the bug that is occurring.

I have the same problem since 11.10.23 - you can do a workaround to set all your specific options (tirs, fuel) before the game actually race-start (for example during the training seasion).

Confirmed, I too have this error, literally had to pit on the 3rd lap, lost around 8 places.

I just started having this bug today, yesterday it was fine. When the practice ends and we are about to start a race a track loading screen appears and prevent me to adjust my tires and fuel load before the race. The race starts normally though, but tires and fuel are the ones last used on qualy or practice.

This bug has been there for me since early access. Xbox Series X, before and after update.
Happened to me at the last multiplayer race. From now on I’ll change everything before the end of Practice.

Bug Info: gameplay - Multiplayer - As per the title, when on the race prep screen right before the race and going to adjust fuel load/tyre selection. When the button is pressed it takes me to the track load screen until there’s 3 secs left and the race is about to start. This has happened with multiple different cars/track/hoppers and the same issue regardless as to how long I wait to press the button.

Suffer the same problem today, 6 races and i need make a unplanned pit stop, won 2 races and loses 4 for this bug…
One of races, the first start with soft tires and 1 lap of fuel because he came of qualify. The bug helps me in this race, but in anothers just frustrated my gameday!

The game no longer gives us the chance to change our fuel and tires in the pre race starting grid. I’ve also tried not touching the fuel/tire menu, but it still took me to the loading screen.
EDIT (23-11-'23):
This only seems to occur for me when I play with a premade party of friends. When playing solo I do not have this issue.
