New design up. This time it´s a remaster of a old paint I did back in Forza 4. Now it´s adapted and remastered to a Nissan Silva S14.

Wow Motor! Loving the S14, the pink bombs really pop on the blue base and I like the camo motif going around the side skirting and front lip. The Touge Speed Shop logo on the hood is mean as hell too!

So I decided to pull all of my designs from the sharefront. Getting paint influence, downloads, layer shifting, the roundabout sharing system and understanding T10/PG competition judging is like driving blindfolded. I will still be painting on occasion, but for now it´s just for my self because I still enjoy it.

I don’t understand this reaction at all. If you are talking about the current contest, yes I was wondering why you did not win but… It always will be a bit of personal taste of the jury involved. Also… it feels not very comfortable from my position when you are lucky to be drawn as a winner one week, while every other contestant is shouting and complaining how wrong the judges are. Pulling everything from the storefront does not give you one thing and changes nothing. You are doing great designs and probably won a dozen contests until today and I don’t see why you should stop doing it. Just think about it and give us your designs back to drive them around, even when it’s only a few dozen or hundreds instead of thousand players using it. You could just paint less and for your personal use without deleting everything you did already.
Just my thoughts.
Edit: Was really looking forward to getting your R8 livery when I spotted it at the contest thread. I just don’t own the car yet.
I hoping to grab the TurboZilla, I hope he decides to reupload most, if not all of them.
Thanks for the support. And I apologize for coming off as salty or even toxic. But it has been brewing for a while.
As for the competition. I´m not trying to offend anyone, just sharing my thoughts. For example, I´m ok with not winning, but I´m not ok with a car with what seems like manufacturer decals wins over perfect replica (not my design) of a rally car with all the custom made logos in the weekly race comp. Just my 2 cents.
I think i understand how you feel Motor. Its why i decided not to participate in the competition anymore, or care for paint influence or whatever. I just paint what i drive.
I still have a liitle hope though someday you will share what ever you made, even if its just with the few who do apreciate it.
This week has proven that the contest is a farce entirely. Not to mention it seems they no longer care about their rule banning the promotion of tobacco/alcohol liveries.
Do people just think 555 was Colin McRae’s favorite number?
