More Telemetry data in UDP

Drift has been announced, and I think we’re gonna need a bigger boat telemetry pipeline. So I propose adding: Drift Data drift_angle - Current drift angle of the car drift_speed - Current speed of the car drift_decel_value - This would mimick Formula Drift’s decel lights (In short, FD cars have sensors to calculate G-forces and determine if the car is accelerating, neutral, slightly decelerating, or greatly decelerating.
