I achieved Mixer Rank 8 in Forza Horizon 4 earlier today n I was supposed to be awarded the Mixer Legend T-Shirt after achieving Mixer Rank 8 n I still haven’t received it yet please help I’m currently Mixer Rank 9 now.
Did you look in your character customization area?

Yes n it still shows it locked 
Never mind I found out the Legendary Mixer Tee Shirt is unlocked after achieving Mixer Rank 10 they made a Typo error in the game cause in the Character Customization under the Category Tops it says achieve Mixer Rank 8 to unlock but if you view your Horizon Life Tab it’ll say unlocked after achieving Mixer Rank 10. I hope this helps anyone else out there who may have also encountered this issue.
