There are no ‘new’ championships left on the map and I’ve selected each one to check that the championship flag was shaded, but I’m still only on 62/63 completed. All exhibitions are done. This and 6 more roads are the only things between me and 100%.
I’ve got a sneaking suspicion I recall the game crashed on me after a championship was completed, though this might be a coincidence or bad memory.
Any ideas?

Yeah, I’m not so sure I’d do them all again. Plus it’s a bit tricky to keep a track of the ones you’ve done.
It would be nice to think there was a way of reporting this problem to Turn 10, since I bet they could tell which one it was from the save game profile.
PS Yes I did, but I might do that one again anyway, just for fun.
