Mercury Cougar (Eighth generation)
This model was also sold as the Ford Cougar in Europe.

Same platform as the ford Puma, which is in Forza horizon 5 as the ford racing puma and ford racing puma Forza edition. I wouldn’t mind seeing this added to game for two reasons: 1. There’s already about 6,148,338 fords in game so having a bit more brand variety would be appreciated and 2. The ford racing puma is the hottest version of the platform, I think a more watered down version for some entry level racing would make for a nice addition.
Those headlights look worse than the Ford Cougar
I am going for the Ford version since it has the same engine options while having much better looking Headlights
The reason it was called the Ford Cougar in Europe is because the Mercury name would be too obscure for Europeans so they changed the badge to the blue oval which is something Europeans are familiar with
guys the Ford Cougar and Mercury Cougar look the same pre face-lift, cease this nonsense of “ford version looks better” because they are the same if you get the right years
bro if you get a 2000 Mercury Cougar and a 2000 Ford Cougar, THEY LOOK THE SAME because the Mercury got a facelift in 2001 while the Ford did not
