The Carbon Ceramic Brake calipers in game are yellow. They should be AMG’s unique golden color.
Here’s an example I have pulled from Mercedes Benz Walnut Creek’s website:

Isn’t this an option you can customize at Mercedes? High-end cars often have that.
Yes you can but Yellow Calipers are thrown in with a specific optional package. They’re explicitly called Yellow though and not Gold like OP says.
Here in South Africa it’s called the “AMG DYNAMIC PLUS Package” and is available even on the SL 43 models.
The configuration tool is on their website if you want to fiddle with it
It’s rather limited for new SL and GT. SL43 and SL55 models are offered with red calipers as standard and yellow with “performance” trim. SL63 model comes with yellow calipers as standard and can be optioned with bronze calipers for “carbon ceramic brakes” option. Same with new GT, except that you can have calipers in black for standard and ccb option.
