Me Designs will not load?

This morning I got a bought a new mustang and wanted some new design’s for it and found one I liked, bought and then went to load it on too the mustang, it will not load at all. So I thought that I have a lot of older one’s for my other car’s also so I tried to load one on another car and it will not load either. So what happen here , I don’t understand what happen cause yesterday it work just great as away. All I see is the little wheel spinning around and that is it, as far as it goes. Can some one please explain to me what is going on here. Thank’s

I would try clearing your system cache first. If that doesn’t work, check for corrupt save files. It’s usually one of these that resolves the problem.
Use the Forum Search Tool at the top of the page to find detailed instructions on how to do these two things.

I think there is an issue with designs not loading if the in game multi-screen option has been selected, might be worth checking that it’s set to ‘Off’.

I was having the same problem, and after reading your post I found that my multi screen was “on”. Set it to off and problem disappeared. Thanks heaps.

Yes thanks a lot for the reply, I did how ever did clean out the cache and tried again and no it didn’t do the trick. So being a owner on computer repair’s & software programing I thought that it could only be one thing that is causing the problem and sure enough it was the skin that I had downloaded , so on the note I deleted it and all is well… :slight_smile: So thanks for all the idea’s and help … :slight_smile:

Great, glad you found the problem. Sometimes when downloading designs, vinyls or tunes a slight hiccup can cause a corrupt file. Other times the file is actually corrupted the same way when the owner uploads it to the SF.

I’m going through the same exact issue as well.
