McLaren 720S PO – New Goliath Slayer – EZ 7:30

This thread made me jump into the 720S. I’ve been trying to find a go to supercar that equals my BAC Mono X class. In the 720s I honestly struggled to stay better than 11th or 12 place at those speeds and at my level. Many times if I seemed to be catching up I would lose control and instantly be last place. I jumped back in the BAC and that thing is sooooo nice to control I was easily 3rd place. I got the most popular tune download. It’s sad because I LOVE so many of the cars like the 720s, and especially the Zonda. They look so good, but I keep finding myself in the BAC. I downloaded the most popular 720s tune. Is there a better tune I can try? You should compare that BAC!

Edit: Ok so I tried the Zonda in the same race and easily won 1st. It’s weird because I didn’t feel like I was going as fast but dominated. Happy driver now.

Fe edition zonda and first tune that you found? If so that is damn slow even tho it’s cornering really good. And this is not just for these cars but overall feels that so many recommened tune is actually really bad. And most of those cars that are fastest around to goliath are really hard to handle.

Ok now I see the graph to the far right. I wasn’t even looking at that. No wonder all my cars are hit and miss. lol Now I can dig for the best overall numbers. Thanks

I haven’t opened the goliath yet, and was testing in 2 road race tracks. One was 90 degree angle turns every other turn, and the competition were impossible to compete at that level. The other was a more gentle but some tight turns, and a really fun track. Thanks for the tips. I’m bad at tuning and sometimes find amazing tunes, but sometimes they are practically like drift cars they are so hard to handle. I love a rocket on rails. Can anyone recommend a list of good tuners to look for?

I finally got the MC12 FE and didn’t even like the way that handled. I’m terrible in that car. I have the DJS tune downloaded.

** QUICK UPDATE: My best lap so far in the 720 PO is 7:30 with a rolling start, and 7:36 standing start.
