The rotary should be allowed to use turbo Look for example at Mad Mike, the best rotary i’ve seen
Uh … the stock engine in the RX7 comes not only twin turbo, but also has a single turbo swap, OR a quad rotor that also has a twin turbo aspiration conversion available. Don’t see what the problem is.
The R26B doesn’t have a turbo option. The only thing you can do to it is to remove the restrictor plate for a small power boost (nope, can’t remove the entire restrictor either).
It’s an extremely disappointing engine in terms of upgrade potential, and I’m saying this as a massive 787B fan.
Yes!!! As an RX7 owner and fan, I must say they aren’t repping the rotary right. Hardly any rotary love and then the cars and motor swaps in there aren’t making much and have limited upgrades. Where’s the 20b swap, the Eunos Cosmo, the SA, FB, and FC? The 13b is limited to 590hp to the crank aka 500whp. This is peanuts to what they are truly capable of, my current setup makes 700whp (810hp to the crank) and I’ve been running it at that amount for 3 years), then no tt swap for the only other rotary option the 26b. No love at all for such a unique powerplant, especially considering Australia and New Zealand are known for rotary innovation and mayhem.

Welcome to Forza! Those types of modifications can be found in the conversions section when upgrading. There are lots of options.
