Therefore, Retro cars are from 1980s-2002.
2003 onward are Modern.

2005 Mazda Axela Sport 23S
I always thought this was a fun car to drive too. It’s the normal, run-of-the-mill version of the Axela/3. Something you can see outside in traffic. Would be cool to add it back as a playable car, preferably together with the Mazdaspeed 3.

At least it better return to the new Forza MOTORSPORT coming soon!!! Some FM4 cars are reappearing there.

Look at what we got here, we will never get those OG daily JDM in FH5, but now we got TXR, only 30 bucks and this is the best racing game I ever play since 2024

Specs:
- Engine: 2.3L turbocharged I4
- Horsepower: 263 @ 5500 rpm
- Torque: 280 lb-ft @ 3000 rpm
- Transmission: 6-speed manual (this is the only tranny available for the Mazdaspeed 3; no automatic was offered)
- Drivetrain: FWD
- 0-60: 5.8 seconds (estimated)
- Top speed: 155 mph (electronically limited)

This would be a nice addition to Horizon. It would give a bit more variety to the Mazda’s in the game. Now we only have a bunch of Miata’s, RX-7’s and an RX-8. I know the facelift 3 MPS is coming but more Mazda’s is more than welcome!
It was available in FM4 along with another more normal Sport variant with 2.3 NA engine.

I am am extreme advocate for this car making a return.
I own one as a reason why. Love it so much.
One car that I didn’t see that I wish would make a return is the 1st generation Mazdaspeed3. I know that the 2nd generation Mazdaspeed3 is confirmed to be in FH6, but I want to be able to drive my real life car in Forza Horizon 6. I really hope that it gets added post-launch or something even before. I just wish for this 1 car by itself to make a return.
If the devs need the car to do some scanning or something to make it more accurate, send me a PM and we can go from there.
