2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 186 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired with either a six-speed automatic transmission or, for the Premium hatchback trim, a six-speed manual. Front-wheel drive is standard, but Mazda’s i-ACTIV all-wheel drive system is also available as an option. Later, a turbocharged 2.5-liter engine producing 250 horsepower was added for the 2021 model year, but only with the six-speed automatic and available in the higher trims with a choice of FWD or AWD.

turbo awd MUST come to fh6 when it launches, such a fantastic hatchback with excellent styling. love these things, love their looks, and theyre even great to work on. please bring this to the game and give mazda more representation so people know how great these cars are before the low non-suv sales numbers kills them irl

In other markets besides North America they have the Mazda 2 still. Wish they still made it here, but I’m okay with a bigger car
