buy a 1964 Chevrolet Impala 409, and buy sport race springs and then tune it make ride height to lowest and soft springs
i did that way in Forza Horizon 2, believe me, it was awesome very low near ground, because of soft springs, if you driving in corners, it will near hit ground
but a '57 Chevy Bel Air is also beautiful if you lowered it
I don’t necessarily need proper hydraulics, but adding an old Chevy Fleetline so I can build a bomb would be awesome.

I’m not sure where that “no” cme from, I mean there are already some great lowrider cars announced already. Just ride with those - I don’t see hydraulics ever being a thing though.
You have your rim sizes, you have your lowering capabilities. I can even bounce off some popular slammable-vehicles perfect for this off the top of my head.
My probably not came from the possibility of a full package lowrider - hydraulics, pinstriping, etc.
However, you’re right, there is the suspension tuning, rims, and other mods you can replicate it with
