Launch – Series 26 Update breaks FH5 on Steam Deck

As of the Series 26 update, Forza Horizon 5 no longer runs on Steam Deck. When attempting to launch the game, the splash screen will show and then the game crashes. The same crash occurs when launching Forza Motorsport (2023).

This issue has been reproduced when using any Proton version available.

Note: Now the FH5 and FM are broken, the only working Forza on Steam Deck is currently Forza Horizon 4, which I have confirmed is still functional.

Had the same issue, it finally started with Proton Hotfix - it’s the last entry in the list for me.

Hi! I have the same issue.
Proton hot fix is a version in the list?
I can’t see. I try all versions in my list and doesnt work.
