Lancer Evolution I and II parts for the 1995 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III

The new-to-Forza Lancer Evo III doesn’t feature too much body customization, apart from a Safari kit. It deserves more body customization, like previous generation Lancer Evo parts. They should not increase weight, like Street Bumpers usually do, and the Evo II wing should decrease weight by 1kg

While I would rather see all Lancer Evolution generations as separate cars, this will be a lot already.

With the Lancer Evo III now being a part of Horizon 5’s car roster, it is even more appropriate to bring in Evo I and II parts for it
