Lamborghini Murcielago SV - Inaccurate Car Model

The 2010 Lamborghini Murcielago is car that has an unmistakable road presence and looks fantastic in real Iife.

It’s sadly the only Murcielago in FH5 and its modeling flaws are just unacceptable in this age given that the model has been in use since FM3.

  1. The dead giveaway of the inaccuracies begin with the headlights. They are much narrower. smaller and taller than those on the IRL car. Completely destroys the look and the proportions for me.

  2. The front nose is longer and the format bumper is much narrower in width on the in+game model. As aforementioned, the car’s presence is unmatched and part of that is due to its width.

  3. The rear quarter panels behind the “wing” intakes are bloated and squared off. They are supposed to be angled just like the doors, giving the SV that raked angled Murcielago proportions.

  4. Inaccurate length and narrow width of wheelbase .

  5. Just like the front, the rear end is narrower in width and longer in height than the IRL car. The rear bumper is also missing the red marker lights on its sides.

Just like the 360 Challenge and the 430 Scuderia, this car is undrivable for me due to its erroneous proportions.

Requesting to fully rescan and remodel the Lamborghini Murcielago SV.

Its wheels are inaccurate too. Highlighted by @MNPurple_V.

Thank you @Rustic3851 Rustic. I’ve noticed FORZA has always had a problem with rims/ wheel modeling on cars with staggered setups where the rear rims are deeper, more concave than the front IRL. It is seriously terrible and unacceptable in this age to say the least.

Well, the car model itself is indeed low quality, it’s been upscaled from FM3.

The photos here didn’t line up well, especially if I try to make a GIF out of it. One of the worst parts to explain a car model due to time consumptions.

So therefore, the Highest quality Murcielago model goes to - Gran Turismo 7! They have both LP-670 SV and LP-640 in their PS3 titles. Since GT7 released, they only brought the LP-640 back in today’s quality standards.

FM X360 gets the LP-640 as well, but it didn’t return in later Forza titles as they chose the SV more. If they have multiple versions of Huracan and Aventador, why not do the same for Gallardo and Murcielago?
