Can you help with this as I can’t seem to create a ticket

So I can’t seem to create a ticket or post a problem maybe I’m not on the right page or something but I can read the known issues and going to the report of bug section like read stuff but I can’t post anything and but like every day with the new Motorsport 23 it disconnects me from the network and I have to totally close out of the game and her restart it and then it’ll be good for maybe a few hours or something but it’s definitely not my internet I got Xfinity 10 g and I’ve got a full bar of Wi-Fi like all bars and everything else that runs on the internet in my house is going and like and it’s not being interrupted it’s just doing just fine but it’s only this game that doesn’t and I play on PC with my gaming laptop that’s brand new so I mean I think it has Wi-Fi 5 or 6 so I mean yeah everything’s good on my end but then I play through the Xbox app but yeah it keeps kicking me off the network and I go to retry connection and it just I literally have to close out the game cuz it won’t reconnect ??
