Today I logged into FM5 and FH2 to get caught up on all the reward credits I’ve been gathering through Forza Rewards (it was something like 8 or 9 individual gift mails of 200,000 credits from the last two months or so). But in FM6, I only had 2 or 3 gift emails. I should have had the same number in all games, since each game earns the same rewards at the same time redeemed.
How would I get this checked/looked at to get the reward credits I’m missing? Thank you in advance!
I noticed another thread from a player with this issue, but they also were missing gift cars. I didn’t check that before, but using his list of gift cars it turns out I’m missing two of them (I received the other six). Interestingly, it’s the latest two gift cars that I’m missing:
- 2013 Ford Focus ST with Forza 6 livery. Gifted to all players on November 25, 2015.
- 2002 Acura RSX with fall leaves livery. Gifted to VIP players on November 17, 2015.
I’ve yet to see the missing credits come through, although I HAVE received the credits from this past week. I’m kind of at a loss as to what to do next. Anyone from Turn10 that can assist with my missing credits and cars?
What is the point of a support forum if no one from Turn10 can be bothered to even have a passing comment about a posted issue? Is there some other mysterious way to request official support besides the SUPPORT forum?
for some reason with Forza 6 if you don’t redeem the credits or gifts in game with 3 weeks they disappear
they are loyalty rewards so if you arent playing regularly you miss out
didn’t happen in previous games but i guess it might have something to do with the rewards coming weekly instead of monthly
you aren’t the only one that it is happening to either…seems to be if you are not playing regularly you lose them

These forums are primarily user-support, just like the moderators are all volunteers. Most of us have worked through some issues, and found a solution, so we post it.
There was a post of two a few weeks back regarding the Forza Hub, and that they were looking into the situation. As far as I know “gifts” expire after a certain length of time (perhaps 30 days, I don’t remember) so that may be why something is missing. The Forza Hub updates usually on Fridays, with the awards available to be claimed until the next Friday.
