I believe the AI in the event is set at unbeatable regardless of what your own game is set to.
Has anyone got the rewards for winning. I think no so it’s not a settings issue.

So for those of us who are getting screwed with the co-op championship rewards not working properly, are we just going to be out of luck or will we be given the rewards down the line in a patch? I did ever one successfully and before this one I’ve not cared much but not with this exclusive car (the Camaro PO on the line I would have really loved the October update to have fixed it. We smoked the driveatars and beat them in all 4 races and I came in first in ever race. Set my game to unbeatable before the races and I still managed to get none of the rewards… This is ridiculous.
I’ve been trying to complete the seasonal forzathon that can only be done in matchmaking. My drivatar difficulty is set to unbeatable. I’ve won the event several times now but still have not received the prize. Either everyone racing needs to have it on unbeatable or it should do this automatically. By not forcing the drivatar on unbeatable I now have to suffer with “trolls” and other idiots just to complete this event. From my perspective, this is total BS. You NEED to fix this.
I’m having the same issue should give the people who have the unbeatable setting on. I’ve done it several times…And won still hasn’t unlocked. My team has won too…
I’m having the same issue as well. Completed everything and won consecutively each event as instructed, no rewards received. I tried it 2 more times to ensure it wasn’t just a one-time issue, but the bug still persists and I wasn’t rewarded for any of the 3 times that I won the events as instructed. Hopefully we can get a fix for this soon. I missed out on last season’s as well, this is starting to get frustrating.
Yeah I did a stream with myself and a friend attempting to get the Green Man Suit, with no success. My difficulty was set to unbeatable, as was my friends. Session launched, first race seemed somewhat difficult but every other race, nope - far too easy with us almost lapping the competition. We were the only two on our team, against 10 drivatars. It’s as if the drivatar difficulty isn’t being set by the server, when - for these sort of championships - it should be forced if you enter, perhaps with an alert screen telling how the difficulty is temporarily set and will be reverted afterwards.
This has been a bug since the game released with the previous stuff not working (where you could win a wheelspin and super wheelspin) so it really does need to be sorted.

The current one says place 1st against unbeatable drivatars, reward: Green Man Costume.
I have my difficulty set to Unbeatable and got 1st in every event and our team won but I didn’t get the reward at the end.
Is it because everyone in the event needs to set their difficulty beforehand? If so that’s pretty dumb that they’re preventing me from getting it.
Is that it or do I need to do something else?

You guessed it, it’s night impossible to find a match with everyone on unbeatable. 24 won events and counting. Really needs to be fixed.
Still an issue. Green Man unattainable, even with a full group all placing ahead of the Drivatars.
Jesus GUYS! You DONT NEED set settings to unbeateble on Trial Season Events - ITS AUTOSETTING FOR ALL PLAYERS in team who play event at a moments. You dont get the costume because events is glitched - Playground know about that and try to fix that.

yep I’ve done the event 4 or 5 times, came first on the team twice. Not cool. I don’t normally play on Unbeatable, as I’m not actually that good, although I am up to Expert difficulty now. I started out on Average so I’m getting there… Needless to say I was really pleased with myself to actually come first, and what do I get? Zip, nada, nothing. It wouldn’t be so bad, but the reward for doing 4 events is pretty measly too. 4 races and the payout is as much as you’d get for doing only a couple of races in solo campaign.
I hope they fix it soon, but as it is we’ve lost 3 days already,
