Same for me. Our team won 2/3 but the event is still marked as not completed and did not receive the suit.

I did it twice only to get nothing, changed the difficulty to Unbeatable, tried again and got the it after completing
Everyone check your gift in the inventory menu I just got the santa suit for free. You guys really need to test things before you release them I love this game but its been a mess. Slow down and make sure your expansions and updates are ready before pushing them out. Also the latest update SO FAR has eliminated the in game crashing but I will keep you posted @RK. The issue MIGHT be fixed. Havent crashed once in 2 hours.
Seriously…? The people who cannot complete The Trial (and everyone else) gets the reward for Free?
Why did i or anyone else bother to do it (and Complete it) then?
What was the purpose of the challenge then?
Why not give away all the Championship rewards for free from now onwards, why should we Work for it?
PS: You don’t even think of rewarding the ones that got the Santa Outfit the “hard” way, with something else (just to show how thoughtful You are - not that it would change how i feel about this).
Why not be Transparent (in the Forums) about what Your intentions are with future rewards (ahead of time), so we do not have to attempt the Championships where You’re gonna give away the reward for free.
The intent was to only give it to those that completed the championship. It simply didn’t work and was far simpler to gift it to everyone rather than sift through people trying to figure out who should have won it. I also feel like I wasted a ton of time and effort doing the challenge only to have my prize gifted to everyone, but you can’t really act like they were deceiving us

So, it appears they are just gifting it to everybody. I got mine the hard way, I signed in as my wife’s profile to unlock it for her aaaaaaaand she already has it unlocked having never tried the event and there was a message saying she was gifted clothing…kinda makes me feel like I wasted a ton of time.

I can wear the suit but not the hat, it never shows. Same for the pumpkin head. I wore the pumpkin head a bunch so I know it worked before. But in keeping with the santa theme, I kinda want to wear the hat. How can I fix this? (besides resetting because I’ve done that and the hard reset)
